Ayurvedic body treatments.
Training in these invigorating body therapies are being offered for individuals and
groups at your spa or in Lakeway, Texas near Austin. I offer training to spas and
resort therapists on site, at their business or here in Austin. Businesses contact me
for a group rate.
Austin classes are offered a couple of times a year. The Spa Series Classes offer
the Foot bath with reflexology, Abhyanga massage, Sandalwood wrap and other
detox body wraps, Svedana, use of heat, steam and herbal packs to cleanse and
detox the skin, The Nasaya, and the Shirodhara treatments. History, theory and
principles of Ayurveda and Siddha Vaidya are included. All materials needed for
the treatments, along with packet of educational material is provided. Scroll to the

therapies, Herbology, History, theory and practice, all follow the spa classes, as
they are part one of the overall training. Contact James for more information,
